“Wild Tales”, the new film by Damián Szifrón, a Spanish-Argentine coproduction led by El Deseo and K&S Films will compete for the Golden Palm at the 67th Edition of Cannes International Film Festival. After this announcement, Pedro Almodóvar has declared: “We’ve been longing to work with Damián since “On probation”. We finally had the opportunity to work with him and we are really enthusiastic about the result. It’s great news that the Cannes International Film Festival selected Damián Szifrón’s film “Wild Tales” for the Official Selection. I’m going to the Festival with the same illusion and curiosity as always but less stressed than if I was going with one of my films”.
